Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of the Christian faith. But there are several attempts to misrepresent Biblical Christology in favor of some theological system or some social ideology. For this and other reasons it is imperative to study and proclaim what the Scriptures reveal about Jesus Christ. Dr. Evis Carballosa deals with this in this book, whose main objective is to emphasize the deity of the Lord Jesus. The author begins his presentation with a historical outline of the great christological controversies that have taken place over the centuries; and, next, he presents the biblical testimony regarding the deity of Christ, whose doctrine continues to be one of the fundamental pillars of the Christian church.
