Qué poco nos hemos implicado en mejorar la imagen de este país, y cuánto lo hemos maltratado a través de los siglos cargando las tintas del origen de nuestros problemas únicamente a la incapacidad de nuestros dirigentes, aunque en ese aspecto la diosa fortuna no se haya mostrado pródiga con nosotros. Hemos preferido exagerar hasta la saciedad todos nuestros defectos, por encima de lo justo y razonable, pero siempre echando la culpa a los demás. Otro gallo nos hubiera cantado si hubiéramos empleado ese tiempo en darle una oportunidad a la autocrítica y a la necesaria reflexión....
