When Dave and the other members of the club decide to help a new kid named Max run in the fifth grade class elections, they face off with two of the most rotten, creepy goons in their class. Will the club win?

The dogs don't want to go visit grandpa. He seems very boring to them because all he talks about are old times. They can't imagine that he was once a young or fun dog. So grandpa decides to show them they're wrong, that being old doesn't mean you can't go far.
