Mirar, ver y estudiar la ciudad de Santander desde un punto de vista matemático. Este ha sido el objetivo básico de este trabajo, y para ello observamos la geometría de la arquitectura de sus edificios y monumentos, sus formas, sus detalles y ornamentos, por un lado; y la historia o anécdotas de esos lugares, por otro. En su edición se ha utilizado la fotografía como herramienta fundamental, ayudada por el software GeoGebra, los applets Descartes y la tecnología Flash.
