For some time we at Vista Higher Learning have been working to create an alternative to the standard offerings for intermediate Spanish, addressing a need that many of you have expressed. With VENTANAS, we are proud of several unique features we think you and your students will enjoy. But one thing remains consistent, as with all VHL programs, VENTANAS focuses unswervingly on the needs of students.VENTANAS offers the following unique, student-centered features: Fresh, contemporary video (sitcom) shot specifically for VENTANAS and fully integrated into the LENGUA volume. Engaging, contemporary feature films from various Spanish-speaking countries specifically chosen for VENTANAS and fully integrated into the LECTURAS volume. Fresh, open design in both volumes of VENTANAS. Communicative focus that is both engaging and effective. Richly diverse readings spanning genres and documenting worlds of experience across the Spanish-speaking world.
