Sinopsis del Libro

Colorea tus chakras: un divertido libro de actividades dirigido tanto a niños como a adultos. Los chakras son unos poderosos centros energéticos localizados en nuestro cuerpo astral, esos vórtices de energía vital gobiernan y regulan nuestro cuerpo físico. Según los antiguos escritos tántricos y védicos de la India, existen catorce chakras: siete principales situados a lo largo de la columna vertebral y otros siete localizados en su mayoría en el cerebro. Cada chakra realiza una función específica y está vinculado a unas determinadas partes del cuerpo y a estados de la mente. Cada chakra (o "rueda") cuenta con un centro, en el que se insertan los conductos de energía y unos radios que son las radiaciones de la energía sutil. Los chakras suelen compararse a la flor del loto, y sus radiaciones energéticas, a los pétalos de esa flor. Los pétalos del loto reúnen todo el alfabeto sánscrito en seis de los siete chakras principales, mientras que en el séptimo vibran las cincuenta letras del alfabeto sánscrito. En las páginas de la izquierda del libro se incluye la descripción y explicación de cada chakra o de la deidad que lo preside. Las páginas de la derecha muestran la ilustración correspondiente. En cada explicación se incluye información sobre las ilustraciones y los colores específicos mencionados en las escrituras de la antigua India.
