Con este trabajo se pretende encauzar áreas de la investigación musical, con la finalidad de conjuntar intereses interdisciplinarios que puedan atraer como consecuencia nuevas expectativas y propuestas al estudio, enseñanza e investigación de la música y dar a conocer la música ritual de los grupos indígenas yaqui, mayo y tarahumara.

This edition of the Observatory presents condensed life tables by sex, projected by five-year periods, for 20 countries in Latin America for the period 1980-2020. It also contains an analytical overview of the information presented, brief description of the methodology used and the data sources for each country. The CD-ROM includes the life tables for the period 1950-2050 along with information on estimates and projections of total, urban, rural and economically active population.
