"Me llamo Remedios Varo Uranga. Metamofrosis de la hechicera, Rosario Castellanos ENGLISH DESCRIPTION "My name is Remedios Varo Uranga. I was born on December 16, 1908, under Sagitarius, the archer who is always looking for the truth, the observer of the sky... maybe that's why I became an artist." Remedios Varo was an artist with a fertile imagination who mixed alchemy, surrealism, and the subconscious. In this book, Silvana Ávila pays her homage. "When she left that street --which she knew so well--of goodbyes, creatures of beauty went to say their goodbyes. Those she rescued from chaos, from the shadows, from contradictions, and made them live in the magical atmosphere created by her breath." -Metamorphosis of the Witch - Rosario Castellanos
