Revisión y actualización de las funciones de la mitología en la Literatura Española e Hispanoamericana del siglo XX, que recorre el espacio que va desde Rubén Darío a la Generación del 27 y de la novela del boom al microrrelato contemporáneo o a la última poesía española. El proyecto ha sido realizado por diversos especialistas en los distintos campos tratados de manera que no sólo se consigue una visión general, sino una suma de monografías sobre el mito.
